I'm heading to Las Vegas this weekend for Exchange 2026 — the premier ETF conference for financial advisors and wealth professionals — and I wanted to give you a heads up.
Exchange runs March 15-18 at the Virgin Hotels in Las Vegas, and it has become one of the must-attend events in our industry. Over 1,400 attendees, nearly 600 firms represented, 44+ content sessions, and some of the biggest names in the ETF and asset management world all under one roof. If you care about where the industry is going, this is the place to be.
The speaker lineup alone is worth the trip. SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce will be in conversation with Bloomberg's Eric Balchunas. Jan van Eck — the CEO of VanEck — is doing a session on how the ETF industry will be disrupted by AI, moderated by CNBC's Dominic Chu. DoubleLine's Jeffrey Sherman is giving his bond market outlook. Rob Arnott of Research Affiliates is presenting. Bob Pisani is sharing lessons from the front lines of finance. And Kara Swisher is closing things out on Tuesday with a conversation on AI, cryptocurrency, and prediction markets alongside Pisani. That's a serious roster.
The sessions cover everything from portfolio construction and fixed income allocation to crypto, alternatives, nuclear energy and AI, active ETFs, and practice management. There are live podcast recordings happening on-site, including ETF Prime and Bloomberg's Inside Active. And of course, there's no shortage of networking — opening and closing receptions, daily luncheons, and a lineup of offsite events that make Vegas the perfect backdrop.
